A liquid blend of ethylhexyl glycerine in phenoxyethanol
 INCI :Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin
 Synthetic broad spectrum preservative. It keeps all products containing an aqueous phase. It is a synthetic compound of ethylhexylgycerol and phenoxyethanol. It dissolves the cell walls of microorganisms and as a result destroys them. It is used in all types of cosmetics, except those containing detergents, clay, exfoliants and creams with many active ingredients. It is used up to 1.1%.
