Celus-BI® Silky Ester by ROELMI HPC acts as an emollient and solvent. It offers evanescent and silky effect. It is safe & dermo-compatible. It provides high spreadability, smoothness, softness and good absorption. It is a natural, biodegradable and eco-friendly alternative to synthetic esters such as C12-15 alkyl benzoate, isononyl isononanoate and cyclopentasiloxane. It is compatible with oil phase. Celus-BI® Silky Ester is used in milk and cream, body oil, lotion, serum, toiletries, hair mask, conditioning, shampoo, lipstick, lip balm, mascara, compact powder, skin, sun and body care products. It complies with Nature and REACH (EU) regulation.
